All orders must be placed by Monday, Sept. 18th by 11:00 am CST. The online team store page will go offline at that time and will not be available after that time. The bulk order will be placed after the store closes on Sept. 18th. All orders will be delivered/picked up by Team Contact. Turn around time is typically 10-14 business days (Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not considered business days) after team store closes.

When completing the checkout please put your child’s first and last name. Please put your team name under Team Name. You will need to choose delivery. All items will be delivered/picked up by team representative once printing is complete and will not be shipped or delivered to your home. Please do not choose to have any items shipped as it will charge you a shipping fee.

Items are non-refundable and we cannot exchange items. All sales are final.

PLEASE check your order over carefully that you have ordered your items just as you want them, as each item is customized to the specifications of each order. We will not be held responsible for typos or overlooked errors or for selecting the wrong size.

Customers should be aware that sizing may vary from item to item and sizing charts provided are estimates. There is no way to effectively and efficiently measure each item. Garments may have irregularities from the manufacturer or inconsistent measurements. This will not be considered defective and Premier Imprints, LLC will not redecorate, replace or refund these items. Items should be inspected upon delivery. We are unable to reprint or refund any items that receive defects from being washed.

Premier Imprints, LLC is not responsible for manufacturer defects such as color inconsistencies, stitching errors, mislabeled garments, loose/inconsistent stitching, and/or garment defects (holes in garments, ripped seams, etc.). We try our hardest to inspect the garments as we decorate them, but we cannot guarantee each garment.
